Dating photos: Womens Hats

One way to narrow down the date a photograph was taken is by dating the clothing of the subjects in the photo.
The Minnesota History Society has digitized a collection of 700+ women's hats, most from 1910 to 1950. This article discusses the project, and includes a link to the collection.
